Winner of the 2022 National Wildlife Federation Photo Contest for the world's best landscape, this is one of my all-time favorite photos. Taken high in the Gallatin Mountains during early morning in July 2021, it showcases a beautiful play of light and shadow, vibrant color, and the type of sweeping landscape that I most love. The contrast between the blooming wildflowers and encroaching forest fire smoke tells a story all too common in the West these days.
This is offered in two sizes, both part of limited editions, on the world's finest ready-to-hang aluminum for unmatched depth and vibrance. Each is signed and numbered and ships free to the lower 48.
