Black Butte, the core of an ancient volcano in Montana's Gravely Range, sits below the Milky Way in July. I took this photo with the aid of an equatorial mount, allowing me to have shutter speeds in excess of three minutes without blurring the stars. This is my best Milky Way print so far and can be printed beyond 20x30 with no loss of resolution. It's available on metal, acrylic, or as a print ready to be framed. Email for sizes and quotes.
