The winter full moon sets behind Lone Peak as seen from the top of Levinsky Ridge on the east side of the Gallatin River. In the dark before dawn, I snowshoed a few miles up to a prominent cliff that lends one of the best views of Lone Peak, albeit from about 12 miles away. As low clouds traced the river far below, the rising sun behind me lit higher clouds around the Lone Peak just the moon sank out of sight.

I shot this as a panorama with a borrowed 500mm medium format lens. It has unrivaled clarity and contrast, even at its largest size of eight feet long. Each size is limited to 11 prints, comes signed and numbered, and ships free to all lower 48 states.
