A Central Montana homestead sits under unsettled skies in late winter. These beautiful, increasingly-rare buildings all tell a story, and some of them seem sad to me. Standing before this house, I could image children playing in the yard and the clink of dishes in a sink.
This homestead collapsed during heavy snow in 2017, lost to time.
